Everyday you make decisions, from the time you wake up to the time you sleep. The routine you do; what you'll eat today, clothes to wear, where place you'll go, and who do you want to talk to. Those are the usual and simple decisions you make that you might not give a big attention but does affect you.
I'll share how I make decisions back then, the usual things, if the food is good, I'll eat it though it's not healthy. I'll wear whatever I want though it's not appropriate, I'll go to the place without hesitations. I'll talk with people with no cautious.
You know how I end up with these decisions?
Simple, it is because it feels good, it feels comfortable, and it's something I want to do. Then this mindset changed when all my decisions affect me badly.
The good food made me sick, the clothes I wear didn't match to what is must, the place I go brought me danger, and the person I talked to is the same person I shouldn't trust.
That'st when I end up to a mindset that in making decisions you should think the good and bad effect of it, and know which has bigger effect to you. Remember that things that feel good are not always have good outcome. Keep in mind that decisions have consequences.
Don't settle for a temporary happiness that will lead to a long term of suffering. But of course, don't worry too much and don't over think it. You just need to be wise and not to be careless.
These small things that we make decisions will help us how we can handle if we face big situations.
